Duties:

• Review, evaluate, and sign legal documents associated with post-judgment inventory specific to Texas matters

• Stay informed on legislative and procedural changes relevant to post-judgment activity

• Perform legal analysis to assess potential outcomes based on procedural precedent

• Draft and submit legal pleadings and filings to the appropriate authorities

• Maintain and update reference materials for post-judgment processes

Requirements:
