Duties

• Manage all phases of construction litigation, focusing on depositions of plaintiffs and expert witnesses.
• Draft and respond to discovery and pleadings, and prepare and argue motions.
• Independently manage case files in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Second chair trial experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in construction defect litigation on the defense side.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple cases effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
