Job Overview:

• Draft legal documents and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and discovery.
• Prepare for trials and court appearances.
• Assist Managing Attorneys with additional tasks on client matters.

Duties:

• Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and draft discovery documents.
• Prepare written responses to discovery and documents for production.
• Conduct witness interviews and trial preparation.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Attend court appearances, ADR, and mediation.
• Assist Managing Attorneys with additional tasks as necessary.

Requirements:

• Utah State Bar license.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong legal writing and research skills.
• Creativity and flexibility in advocacy.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
