Senior Corporate Counsel

The candidate will range from standard contracts to complex, high-value agreements. The role includes leading legal team projects, including managing legal issues that arise in existing commercial relationships and handling customer and client inquiries & managing compliance for the organization. Should be responsible to lead the on-going operations, continuous improvements, and creating standard operating procedures as it relates to the design and implementation of any contract’s management process and lifecycle for the organization. Should have 5-10 years managing contracts and 2-5 years working in-house. Member of good standing with the Bar of the state in which license is held; excellent interpersonal and communication skills, that are timely and responsive to both internal and external parties and team members; strong team player; strong presentation skills; ability to manage time effectively; excellent analytical, communication, diplomatic, research and writing skills.
