The candidate will independently manage assigned cases, work closely with assigned attorneys to develop cases through the pre-litigation process. Extensive contact with clients to guide clients through the case process. Interaction with clients and medical providers. Should have 3-5 years of Personal Injury Paralegal with pre-litigation experience. Experience in managing electronic and paper filing systems. The ability to review, analyze and summarize medical, financial and other case-related documentation and records is needed. Must have well-developed writing and research skills, and the ability to identify problems and find solutions. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize a high-volume workload are required.
