The candidate will manage discovery and deposition preparation, and be comfortable making court appearances. Will draft and review various contractual agreements, and have some experience with commercial lease review and drafting, along with commercial purchase agreements. Should be experienced in drafting pleadings and motions. Must be admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey.
