The candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, revising, and approving a broad range of standard and non-standard contracts and renewals for IT and Digital Marketing vendors. In addition, will negotiate with vendors to explain contract provisions and requirements. Manage the contract life cycle and record the execution version in our - Core the contract management system; CorCentric. Draft, review, revise, and approve a broad range of standard and non-standard contracts and renewals, in compliance with company policy and approved parameters. Negotiate with vendors to explain contract provisions and requirements. Manage the contract life cycle and record the execution version in the contract management system. Project tracking. Support data information requests by attorneys, business contacts, procurement department, and information security department. Respond to internal inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions. Other duties as assigned.
