Requirements

• Experience in general and commercial litigation, with a preference for criminal law.
• Strong negotiation skills to facilitate favorable settlements.
• Proven ability to draft complex legal documents with excellent writing skills.
• Skilled in trial preparation techniques and developing courtroom strategies.
• Proficient in legal research tools like LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Exceptional client communication skills to explain legal options clearly.
• Experience with legal administrative tasks and procedural compliance.
• Demonstrated capability in handling personal injury cases from inception through resolution.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia.
