Vedder Price is seeking an associate with 2-6 years of transactional experience to join our internationally-regarded Global Transportation Finance Group in Chicago. Candidates must have experience in one or more of the following: securitization, leveraged finance, secured lending, capital markets, private equity, project finance, structured finance, real estate finance, and aviation. Candidates must be admitted in (and in good standing with) Illinois or taking steps to become admitted in Illinois.
