Duties

• Assist in managing class action cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
• Assist in all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to requests.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in class action litigation in employment law.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
