Duties

• Manage single-plaintiff employment litigation and class action/PAGA cases.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions; argue motions in court.
• Take and defend depositions; conduct administrative hearings.
• Draft workplace policies and conduct employee training sessions.
• Provide day-to-day advice and counsel to employers.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in labor and employment law.
• Experience in litigation, including drafting and arguing motions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent work ethic and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
