Duties

• Manage case logistics, docket control orders, and deadlines.
• Draft motions, correspondence, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with parties and the Courts.
• Collaborate with attorneys and team members for seamless case management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation attorney in a boutique or large law firm.
• Federal Court experience preferred.
• Trial experience required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
