Duties

• Engage in labor disputes and negotiations, including Act 111 arbitration.
• Handle a challenging caseload with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 4-10 years of experience in private and public employment litigation.
• Experience in Pennsylvania or New Jersey courts, or before the EEOC, NLRB, or state agencies.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
