Duties

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Conduct thorough legal research and investigate injuries.
• Attend court dates and meet with clients.
• Argue motions and review medical records.
• Negotiate settlements and try cases as 1st and 2nd chair.
• Manage a large support staff effectively.

Requirements

• Experience with personal injury matters preferred.
• Strong aptitude for litigation and/or jury trials.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Washington State.
