Duties

• Meet with clients to discuss their cases and provide compassionate support.

• Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court as needed.

Requirements

• Full-time position.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• 6 or more years of litigation experience.
• 5 or more jury trials as first chair preferred.
• Member of the Georgia Bar and in good standing.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in evaluating claims.
• Superb negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently in an office environment.
• Team-oriented.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
