Duties

• Manage high-volume caseload of eControl litigation matters from demand letters to default judgment.
• Handle communication with unauthorized sellers and draft settlement agreements.
• Provide legal research and drafting support for trademark-based legal issues.
• Review and analyze documents related to unauthorized sellers and product diversion.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to monitor case dockets for efficient progression.

Requirements

• Three or more years of litigation experience, including legal research and motion practice.
• Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Commitment to excellent client service and willingness to learn.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio.

Skills

• Experience with civil litigation; knowledge of trademark or antitrust law is a plus.
• Interest in intellectual property, internet, brand protection, and eCommerce law.
• Experience in high-paced, high-volume litigation practice.
• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects.
