Duties

• Meet with clients to evaluate claims and maintain communication.
• Develop case plans and manage files from intake to resolution.
• Draft and negotiate settlement demands and releases.
• Draft complaints, answers, and related pleadings.
• Prepare and manage discovery requests and responses.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Prepare cases for trial and support trial activities.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
• 1-5+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Strong oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent writing and organizational skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
