A law firm seeks an experienced Trusts and Estates Attorney in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in drafting wills and trusts, managing estate administration, and litigating in Orphans' Court. A portable book of business is required.

Duties

• Manage the administration of trusts and estates from inception to completion.
• Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, health care directives, and powers of attorney.
• Represent clients at court hearings, primarily in Orphans' Court.
• Conduct legal research related to estates, trusts, and taxation.
• Prepare and review personal and fiduciary income tax returns.
• Collaborate with attorneys in other practice groups as needed.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania bar.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education
