Duties: General administrative duties, creating department templates (aligned with Firm branding standards). Prepare and send out Weekly Memo. Assist with tracking and maintaining performance documents in PS. Conduct 30 day new hire check-ins and distribute surveys. Analyze and collect data from exit interviews, 30,60, & 90 day surveys, and Glassdoor. Assist and answer questions regarding performance reviews. Scheduled attorney I-9 appointments. Respond to questions regarding HR policies and procedures. Assist as needed with employment verifications/wage assignments/unemployment claims/child support. Meet with exiting associates and staff. Prepare sensitive departure paperwork and payroll orders. Add articles and content to HR internal SharePoint sites. Support HR Hotline and direct calls/questions to appropriate departments or personnel. Assist with summer internship programs. Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external clients. Assist with special projects as assigned (COVID, contact tracing, etc).
