Duties

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of affirmative immigration filings, offering detailed analysis and final approval

• Advise legal support staff on procedural strategy and case preparation

• Draft persuasive legal memoranda and supporting documentation as needed

• Guide, mentor, and develop the skills of paralegals and legal assistants

• Step in to support cross-functional teams during attorney absences or high-volume periods

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution

• Current and active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction

• Demonstrated capacity to lead with attention to precision and compliance

• Effective communicator with proven team-building and mentorship skills

• Background in a legal setting with a focus on immigration filings and legal evaluation

• Comfortable managing workload in a high-urgency, deadline-driven setting

• Prior experience handling immigration-related legal matters

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized and accredited law school

Certifications

• Active Bar admission (U.S. jurisdiction)
