Duties

• Represent plaintiffs in complex data privacy and consumer protection litigation.
• Manage a caseload of data privacy matters through all litigation stages.

• Conduct and defend depositions; appear in court for hearings and mediations.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and support e-discovery efforts.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Stay informed on U.S. and global privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with experts on cybersecurity and compliance issues.
• Coordinate with clients, co-counsel, and internal teams.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted (or eligible) to practice in California.
• 3-5 years of complex civil litigation experience; class action or privacy/data breach litigation preferred.
• Experience with federal and California state courts.
• Excellent legal writing and research skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Interest in privacy law and consumer protection.
