Duties

• Advise employers on employment policies, wage and hour compliance, and discrimination claims.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Draft and review employment agreements, employee handbooks, and workplace policies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Collaborate effectively within a team-based environment.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
