Job Details:

• Led a team of Associates, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants.
• Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.
• Take and run depositions and meet and confers.
• Conduct ADR mediations and negotiations.
• Develop and deliver arguments, representing clients in employment matters.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and applicable laws.
• Maintain licensure with the California State Bar and uphold good standing.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience specializing in employment litigation.
• Demonstrate superior analytical and legal research skills.
• Exhibit creative and strategic thinking in legal approaches.
• Showcase exceptional organizational skills, including effective time management.
• Type at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of specialized experience in employment litigation.

Certifications:

• Active membership with the California State Bar.
