Hinckley Allen is seeking a commercial litigation associate to join its Albany office. The ideal candidate will have one (1) to four (4) years of experience representing a range of clients in complex corporate and commercial disputes. The candidate should also be experienced with pleadings, motions and discovery practice, including e-discovery. Deposition and/or court appearances are a plus. Candidate must possess strong research, analytical and writing skills. Admission to bar in New York is required.

The position offers an excellent opportunity to assume significant responsibility and hands-on experience in a collaborative and team-oriented work environment. The candidate must be highly organized and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team .
