Duties

• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery responses, motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Participate in written discovery processes, including interrogatories and document requests.
• Engage in depositions, client interviews, and witness preparation.
• Attend site inspections, hearings, and other case-related events.
• Provide strategic advice to clients while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure thorough and effective case preparation.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience practicing litigation law.
• Admission to the state bar and active good standing in either West Virginia or Ohio.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a client-centric approach.
• Discretion and the utmost respect for client confidentiality.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in West Virginia or Ohio.
