Job Overview: A law firm in Rockford, IL, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their legal team. The successful candidate will be deeply involved in all aspects of client representation, including direct client contact and file management.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in Illinois or eligibility for admission upon hiring.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
