The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution. Location:

Duties:

• Manage workers' compensation cases from inception through final resolution
• Conduct discovery, including gathering evidence and preparing legal documentation
• Handle litigation and represent clients in hearings, trials, and settlements
• Collaborate with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators
• Provide proactive case management and strategic legal counsel
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members

Requirements:

• Member of the State Bar of California
• Proven experience in workers' compensation law
• Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Commitment to proactive case management

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Certifications:

• Active membership in the State Bar of California
