Responsibilities: Assist with all aspects of trademark registration matters in U.S. and foreign jurisdictions, including trademark prosecution, maintenance, renewals, conflicts, chain-of-title, etc. Assist with all aspects of title, editorial, and trademark clearance, including perform searches, analyze search results, draft opinions for attorney review, etc. Liaise with outside counsel, etc. Assist with document production, including, researching, authenticating, gathering, and documenting trademark evidence, etc. Assist with drafting and preparing correspondence and legal documents for attorney review, etc. Assist with preparing, processing, and recording chain-of-title related documents, etc. Assist with trademark database maintenance, including data entry, docketing deadlines, etc. Assist with data, information and document management, and recordkeeping, etc. Prepare summaries and reports, etc., as needed. Assist with other IP-related projects, etc., as may be necessary from time to time.
