Duties: Receptionist duties including Greeting clients and guests and offer assistance when needed. Operations support to the Office Manager. Manage schedules for conference and community spaces. Maintaining and organizing office common areas. Perform general office clerical duties along with errands. Handle file organization and overall file maintenance. Read filing material, verifies accuracy and performs filing functions. May maintain a database or electronic file data information. Open and properly file incoming mail into the document management system. Prepare indexes and maintain an inventory of files. Monitoring, maintaining, and ordering supply inventory for office and break rooms. Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment. Ordering repairs for office equipment, connecting with and escorting vendors. Copying, printing and scanning as requested.
