Duties

• Oversee legal due diligence and assess legal risks.
• Lead and coordinate transactions from start to finish.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in client development.

Requirements

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
• 5 years of experience in drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
• Experience advising on M&A transaction structuring and negotiation strategy.
• Experience coordinating complex transactions with internal and external advisors.

Education

• J.D., LL.M., or U.S. equivalent in law.

Certifications

• New York State Bar admission.

Skills

• Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills.
