The candidate will independently manage a caseload, working cases from beginning to end. Represent clients in a wide range of insurance defense claims. Handle court appearances and conduct depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. J.D. from an accredited law school is required. Should have 2 + years of defense litigation experience. Experience in trucking, products liability and premises liability is preferred. Legal project management experience is helpful. Must be admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
