Duties

• Draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary transaction documents.

• Handle multiple matters efficiently with increasing responsibility.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business and transactional law.
• Strong emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
• Experience with private equity sponsored deals, particularly in middle-markets.
• Ability to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Missouri Bar.
