A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its Class Action Litigation practice in Seattle, Washington. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of litigation experience, preferably in consumer, product liability, or employment-related class action matters. Duties

• Represent clients in consumer and wage and hour class action matters in State and Federal Courts.
• Manage cases, draft pleadings and briefs, and conduct discovery.
• Engage in oral advocacy within a collegial team environment.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of litigation experience through a law firm or clerkship.
• Experience in consumer, product liability, or employment-related class actions preferred.
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Active bar license in Washington or ability to waive in.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in Washington or eligibility to waive in.
