Job Details:

Duties:

• Work closely with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources Strategic Business Unit to handle renewable energy real estate transactions.
• Lead scopes of work within a team and oversee junior attorneys in project management.
• Articulate legal strategies and courses of action effectively.
• Handle multiple projects with exceptional judgment and precision.
• Maintain a strong commitment to community involvement and demonstrate a history of community engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of legal experience in renewable energy real estate transactions.
• Experience in wind, solar, and battery storage real estate transactions is required.
• Exceptional academic credentials.
• Active Bar license in Missouri (MO).

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in Missouri (MO).
