• Manage a team of paralegals and legal assistants.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and Colorado state bar membership required.
• 7-12 years of experience practicing law.
• Experience in auto accident personal injury cases.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Case management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Preferential consideration for mediation experience.
• Superior organizational skills and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
