Duties:

• Review loan documents, financials, and demand letters to ensure all conditions are met before initiating legal actions.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and correspondence to start legal actions.
• Represent clients at court hearings and engage with opposing counsel professionally.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems, documenting findings, recommendations, and related updates.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all legal matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections regulations.

Requirements:

• Bar membership and active standing in good standing with Georgia.
• Experience in bankruptcy or creditor's rights is preferred.
• Must be capable of organizing and managing workloads efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and quality in work product.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as a team member.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities.
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with a commitment to learning and professional growth.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
• Active membership in Georgia Bar.

Certifications:

• Bar Admission in Georgia is required.
