Duties

• Conduct comprehensive review of all pre-filing conditions, including loan documents, demand letters, and financials

• Draft and review legal pleadings and correspondence to initiate legal proceedings

• Attend court hearings and interact professionally with opposing counsel

• Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems with findings and legal recommendations

• Ensure confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment

• Comply with all relevant foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collection-related legal standards at local, state, and federal levels

Requirements

• Ability to organize and manage high-volume caseloads

• Strong attention to detail and quality of work

• Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrated professionalism and discretion

• Willingness to work in a high-paced, performance-driven legal setting

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active member of the Georgia State Bar

• Basic knowledge of Quality Assurance/Quality Control principles (preferred)
