Duties:

• Represent clients in general liability defense matters including personal injury, premises liability, and related claims

• Conduct and defend depositions

• Draft and argue motions and attend court hearings

• Develop case strategy and oversee discovery

• Collaborate with legal team on case analysis and litigation planning

• Maintain regular communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

• Ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in general liability or civil litigation

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Georgia (active bar membership required)

• Proven ability to handle depositions, hearings, and motion practice

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills

• Willingness to work on-site in the Atlanta office at least four days a week

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Georgia State Bar (active status required)

Skills:

• Effective legal research and analytical capabilities

• Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills

• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail

• Proficiency in case management and litigation software tools
