Duties:

• Represent corporations and financial entities in single-party commercial disputes

• Handle matters involving contracts, lending agreements, property leases, and mortgage enforcement

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and manage trial preparation

• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel

• Collaborate with internal legal teams on case strategy and resolution

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on business or financial sector matters

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage casework under supervision

• Familiarity with Georgia court procedures and legal standards is highly preferred

• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills are essential

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Georgia State Bar (required)
