Duties

• Handle litigation matters involving financial services, commercial disputes, securities, and white-collar investigations

• Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and pleadings

• Participate in depositions, court appearances, and client meetings

• Conduct legal research and write high-quality memoranda

• Assist in developing case strategies and trial preparation

• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex legal matters

Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant litigation experience in areas such as:

  • Commercial litigation

  • Financial services litigation

  • Securities litigation

  • White-collar defense and investigations

• Demonstrated experience handling substantive legal tasks in litigation matters

• Superior legal writing and analytical skills

• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Must be actively licensed in both Georgia and Florida

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in the states of Georgia and Florida is required
