A law firm seeks a skilled Commercial Law Attorney in Boston, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will provide practical, business-focused legal advice and representation, supporting transactional and advisory matters, managing commercial contracts, and working closely with clients and internal teams to mitigate risk and achieve client objectives.

Duties

• Advise clients on commercial contracts, transactions, and compliance issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and legal research for transactions and commercial arrangements.
• Support or manage real estate matters and conveyancing-related documentation.
• Provide litigation support, including preparing pleadings and coordinating with external counsel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure deals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage multiple matters and client relationships, maintaining accurate files.
• Stay current with relevant laws and industry developments.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Proven experience as an Attorney focusing on commercial law.
• Demonstrated skill in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with real estate transactions and litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
