Duties

• Analyze insurance coverage and prepare coverage opinions.
• Litigate cases, including taking depositions and attending court hearings.
• Draft and argue motions in state and federal courts.
• Engage in mediations, arbitrations, and declaratory relief litigation.

Requirements

• 8 to 15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Admission to the California Bar.
• Experience in insurance law preferred, but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.
