Duties

• Advise clients on accessing and deploying capital across borders and industries.
• Participate in debt restructuring matters representing both debtors and creditors.
• Work with credit investors to structure innovative credit investments.
• Collaborate with private equity sponsors on leveraged buyouts and acquisitions.
• Engage in structuring financing solutions for stressed and distressed companies.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of finance experience in a law firm setting.
• Admitted to the bar and in good standing in the relevant state.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of intended practice.
