• Communicate with clients and deal professionals, providing practical advice.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in commercial and corporate transactions.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions preferred.
• Ability to manage complex transactions and lead deal teams.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Admission to the New York Bar, in good standing.

Education

• Strong academic background; top-tier law school or equivalent preferred.
