Duties

Requirements

• 3-5 years of technology transactions experience in a law firm.
• Experience drafting and negotiating technology and commercial agreements.
• Familiarity with intellectual property concepts and due diligence processes.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Admitted to and in good standing in the jurisdiction of hire.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
