Duties

Requirements

• 3-5 years of legal experience required.
• Experience with competitive firms in the tech sector preferred.
• Familiarity with tech transactions and emerging technologies like AI and blockchain is a plus.
• Strong academic credentials required.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of New York and in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
