A law firm seeks an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience representing employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers' compensation matters across New Jersey.

Duties

• Handle all aspects of workers' compensation defense cases from inception to resolution.
• Appear at workers' compensation court hearings throughout New Jersey.
• Conduct depositions, legal research, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients, including risk assessment and case valuation.
• Maintain accurate case records and meet all filing deadlines.
• Communicate regularly with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience handling respondent-side workers' compensation matters in NJ.
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar.
