Corporate Finance Attorney

The candidate should have 2-8 years of experience with strong academic credentials. Must have meaningful experience with commercial finance transactions, drafting and negotiating loan and security documents, and (3) managing transactions from inception to closing. Should preferably have solid understanding of UCC Article 9. (Experience representing both lenders and borrowers is a plus.)
