Small, well-established, full-service, Orange County business firm is looking for an experienced and motivated, mid-senior level corporate and/or real estate transactional attorney with 5+ years’ relevant experience to add to our seasoned team of business lawyers.  

Candidates should have the ability and desire to manage projects effectively and competently to timely completion.  Candidates should also possess strong drafting, critical thinking and communication skills; be able to work independently, as well as within a team; and exhibit confidence and poise.

Our ideal candidate has broad and in-depth business/corporate transactional experience, including drafting/revising agreements relating to mergers, acquisitions and business capitalization; entity formations/restructurings; and day to day business contracts.

Requirements:
