This hybrid position involves advising clients and handling litigation matters for regional and national clients. The role offers significant client interaction and involvement in diverse legal cases.

Duties

• Advise and counsel clients on employment law compliance and best practices.
• Handle litigation matters in state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in NH, ME, or MA, or anticipated within 6-12 months.
• 2-5 years of litigation experience, ideally within employment law.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education
